SogEthics
Context :
SogEthics is a game I created during my end-of-studies intership. I develop alone all the game. The internship lasted for 6 month. The goal is to make a serious game about cybersecurity for recrutment purposes at Sogeti. I learned some aspects about projects and their management. From conception to tests passing by development i'm involved in his progression.
The game objective is to introduce the company to candidats and test their soft skills (behaviour skills).
SogEthics mix a great part of Narrative Game to a Tower Defense stage. Through characters and choices the Narrative Game test candidats. The Tower Defense depict cyberdefences and cyberattacks via towers and ennemies. There are categorized by one of the four categories : Availability, integrity, Confidentiality, Traceability. The ennemy take damage if and only if the tower is of the same type.
My tasks :
-State of the art (research on existing serious games)
-Ideas elaboration and suggestion to the group (pros and cons)
-Book of specification writing
-Video game engine selection (Godot)
-Development wholeness (Godot learning, code writing, user interface, musicals and visuals assets selection and integration, french and english traduction)
-Tests phases organisation
-Corrections and improvements following the tests
-Visual guides writing allowing the company to modify the game after my departure
